Healthcare RCM Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
To support the growth of sales and customer success teams, the full-time remote Healthcare RCM Enablement Specialist will design and deliver onboarding programs, create sales collateral, and leverage AI for efficient content management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design and delivery of onboarding curricula and ongoing training programs for sales teams
- Develop and maintain sales collateral and enablement content, ensuring clarity and persuasiveness
- Assist in the adoption of sales processes and tools, identifying opportunities for AI and automation integration
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in enablement, marketing, healthcare RCM operations, or sales/account management
- Strong writing skills with a proven track record in creating enablement content
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle management is required
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and familiarity with LMS platforms
- High agency and willingness to learn a complex product suite
