Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full-cycle recruiting process, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and delivering qualified candidates for various client hiring needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and direct sourcing techniques
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions
• Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring requirements and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition
• Proven success in sourcing candidates across multiple job functions and levels
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and assessment
