Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing and evaluating candidates, while working remotely to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

• Source and engage both active and passive candidates using various recruitment techniques
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to submission and hiring support
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs while collaborating with Account Managers

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience
• Proven success in sourcing and recruiting candidates across various job functions
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern recruiting technologies
