Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, assessing, and delivering qualified candidates while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit for open positions
- Collaborate with Account Managers to understand hiring needs and present qualified candidates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Proven success in sourcing candidates across multiple job functions
- Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies
