Job Summary
To support the Clinical Talent Team's hiring priorities, the full-time remote Healthcare Recruiter will source, interview, and close offers with experienced clinical professionals while utilizing ATS software for tracking candidates.
Key responsibilities:
- Screen resumes and verify qualifications of candidates
- Conduct 25-30 interviews per week to identify the best fit for Talk Therapy roles
- Utilize various sourcing methods to fill 4-5 hires per week
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with recruiting tools such as ATS, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Proficiency in G Suite software
- Ability to pass a background check
