Job Summary

Providing end-to-end recruitment support for healthcare roles, the full-time Contract Healthcare Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned healthcare roles, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer facilitation
• Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide consultative support throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates to ensure an exceptional experience and coordinate interview schedules and follow-up communications

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare
• Proven success recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
• Ability to manage high-volume requisition loads in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with ATS platforms is preferred
