Job Summary
To oversee recruitment operations for clinical positions nationwide, the full-time temporary Healthcare Recruiter will source candidates through various channels, partner with leadership to develop strategies, and ensure compliance with employment policies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day recruitment operations for clinical positions across all locations
- Source potential candidates through diverse channels, including online platforms
- Collaborate with team leadership to develop proactive recruitment strategies and forecasts
Required qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in clinical recruitment, preferably in high volume
- Healthcare background and/or experience in nurse recruitment strongly preferred
- Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, and online sourcing tools
- Demonstrated success in change and project management
