Job Summary

To scale nationwide at-home diagnostic services, the full-time Healthcare Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruitment, source qualified candidates, and facilitate onboarding processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Talent on recruitment strategy and manage candidate communications to ensure a positive experience
• Source and evaluate candidates for clinical roles, ensuring compliance with background checks and credentialing requirements
• Conduct virtual New Hire Orientation classes and assist with onboarding processes for new hires

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Experience with onboarding new hires and conducting orientation classes
• Proficiency with Lever ATS and experience in early-stage or high-growth startups preferred
• Experience recruiting phlebotomists or medical professionals is a plus
• Strong people skills with a proven track record in hiring, training, and managing employees
