Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter for a full-time remote position, responsible for attracting, hiring, and retaining top nursing and allied health talent while managing the full cycle recruiting process and developing effective sourcing strategies.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and develop a talent pipeline for nursing and allied roles
- Assist in developing and implementing ongoing recruiting strategies
- Network within the industry to build a strong network of candidates and strengthen the company's reputation as an employer of choice
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree with 2-4 years of healthcare recruiting experience
- Previous Allied Health or RN experience is preferred
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and interviewing techniques
- Experience with government solicitations and federal hiring regulations is a plus
- Knowledge of the healthcare staffing industry is strongly preferred
