Healthcare Referral Management Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing a team of employees in the South Region, the full-time Healthcare Referral Management Supervisor will oversee workflow, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain data integrity while supporting the Referral Management & Analytics service line.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and orient employees, assigning work and developing schedules while providing performance feedback
• Monitor billing procedures and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with regulations
• Run reports and maintain data integrity, while fostering relationships with clients and relevant agencies

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing or supervising employees preferred
• 2+ years in patient scheduling, registration, or healthcare billing
• Familiarity with applicable service line programs, processes, and procedures
• Strong computer knowledge, especially in Excel; familiarity with Epic and HCA/Parallon IT systems preferred
