Key Responsibilities
- Advise on billing and reimbursement questions while establishing Pivotal's approach to health plans
- Negotiate payment disputes with health plans to recover owed amounts for providers
- Build and refine the arbitration award collection process to ensure scalability
Required Qualifications
- Mid-level experience in healthcare regulatory law from a top law firm or healthcare organization
- Strong understanding of state and federal healthcare regulations
- Experience in negotiating contracts and handling legal disputes
- Ability to develop legal processes and workflows from the ground up
- Familiarity with HealthTech or healthcare technology is a plus
