Healthcare Revenue Cycle Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting strategic and operational initiatives, the full-time remote Healthcare Revenue Cycle Insights Specialist will deliver data-driven insights and process improvements across arbitration workflows while serving as a subject matter expert in revenue cycle operations and analytics.
Key responsibilities
- Leads small to medium-sized projects, including requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development
- Develops and maintains interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to monitor arbitration and operational performance
- Performs complex data analysis to identify root causes, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience and/or education
- 4 years of Business Analyst experience required
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle and arbitration workflows
- Experience with SDLC methodologies and business requirements documentation
- Healthcare industry and project experience preferred
