Healthcare Sales Specialist
Job Summary
To support a high-velocity service environment, the remote Healthcare Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, assist Medicare-eligible customers with plan options, and ensure a positive customer experience through effective call handling.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Medicare-eligible customers and assist in transferring them to licensed sales agents
- Utilize scripts to ask required questions and employ rebuttals to address customer objections
- Meet transfer targets and appropriately document each call's outcome
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
