Job Summary
Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the remote Healthcare Sales Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, assisting Medicare-eligible customers with plan options and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to Medicare-eligible customers, assisting them in transferring to licensed sales agents
- Utilize scripts to ask required questions and overcome objections during calls
- Meet transfer targets and appropriately disposition each call while working weekends
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
