Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried Healthcare Senior Account Director will manage client relationships, lead account teams, and execute comprehensive public relations strategies in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic counsel and understanding their business objectives
- Develop and implement innovative PR strategies that align with clients' goals, leveraging industry insights

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years of PR experience, primarily in an agency setting
- At least 7 years in a team leadership role with budget and staffing responsibilities

- Deep understanding of the healthcare/pharmaceutical media landscape, including FDA approvals and regulations
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications preferred
