Healthcare Services Representative

Job Summary

To support patient access operations, the part-time hourly Healthcare Services Representative will schedule and confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and provide comprehensive service to callers while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Scheduling appointments promptly and courteously using a PC
• Confirming and managing cancellations efficiently and courteously
• Utilizing resources to resolve patient inquiries and requests

Required qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited program
• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center or 1 year of customer service experience
• Proven excellent customer service and telephone etiquette skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Fluency in English, including speaking, writing, and understanding
