Job Summary

Providing compassionate support throughout the sleep testing process, the part-time Healthcare Services Specialist will manage patient scheduling, coordinate testing, and deliver timely assistance remotely while occasionally attending on-site meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional and empathetic phone support to patients and customers
• Schedule and coordinate patient testing, ensuring accurate documentation of appointments and study information
• Monitor and complete test scheduling while providing troubleshooting and patient assistance before and after overnight studies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service, patient services, or healthcare environment
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience communicating directly with patients or customers by phone
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle confidential information in accordance with HIPAA requirements
