Healthcare SME - AI Evaluation

Job Summary

To support the development of advanced AI models in healthcare, the project-based independent contractor Healthcare SME - AI Evaluation will work remotely to evaluate AI-generated medical content, analyze clinical reasoning, and provide expert feedback based on established medical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated medical content for clinical accuracy, completeness, and relevance
• Analyze clinical reasoning to ensure AI assessments and treatment recommendations are evidence-based
• Identify errors and inconsistencies in AI-generated conclusions and provide structured feedback for improvement

Required qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant professional clinical experience in an applicable specialty
• Recognized medical degree, advanced-practice qualification, or equivalent professional credential
• Demonstrated experience applying clinical judgment and diagnostic reasoning
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical guidelines, and healthcare standards
• Ability to critically evaluate complex medical information and distinguish accurate reasoning from unsupported conclusions
