Healthcare Solutions General Manager
Job Summary
Owning the growth and strategic direction of one or more solution lines, the remote Senior Vice President and General Manager will be responsible for P&L accountability, market strategy, and client outcomes, driving revenue and adoption while leading cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own the P&L for solution lines, ensuring revenue growth and margin performance
- Develop and execute solution strategy and roadmap priorities, including market positioning and commercialization
- Lead client outcomes and adoption initiatives, ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and drive retention
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare technology, including 5+ years in product or solution management
- Significant knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle and payment integrity
- 7+ years of senior leadership experience with full P&L accountability for a healthcare solution
- Demonstrated success in managing the solution lifecycle and improving client outcomes
