Job Summary
Leveraging deep pharmacy industry expertise, the full-time Senior Strategic Advisor will identify innovative cost-saving strategies, develop revenue-generating pharmacy products, and lead strategic initiatives that drive enterprise value, all while working remotely across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and lead innovative pharmacy strategies to reduce cost of care and improve member outcomes
- Develop and optimize pharmacy products and partnerships to create new revenue streams
- Conduct complex financial and market analyses to support strategic decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years or master's degree with 3+ years of experience in healthcare strategy or related fields
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and strategic initiatives from assessment to execution
- Strong background in pharmacy health plan operations, PBM, or healthcare consulting
- Proven track record in business development, product strategy, and financial analysis
- Preference for candidates with Medicare experience
