Leading insight-driven strategies for healthcare clients, the remote full-time SVP, Health Strategy will shape the strategic vision and analytics for high-profile accounts, guiding teams to deliver impactful creator-first strategies that align with brand goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the strategy and analytics vision for high-profile healthcare accounts, ensuring a cohesive approach across divisions
• Transform complex data into actionable strategic narratives that bridge analytics and creative direction
• Build and manage a high-performing team of strategists, fostering collaboration across various departments to ensure strategic insights inform all client interactions

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in influencer, media, digital, or brand strategy, preferably within agency or consultancy settings
• 10+ years of experience managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
• Deep understanding of healthcare and creator/influencer marketing dynamics
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms and social media management tools
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
