Healthcare Systems Engineer
Job Summary
Focusing on healthcare and life sciences accounts, the full-time remote Senior Systems Engineer will manage technical relationships, design storage architectures, and partner with sales teams to support clinical and regulated workloads.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the technical relationship on healthcare and life sciences opportunities, from discovery and demos through POCs and architecture sign-off
- Partner with account teams to qualify deals and shape technical strategies for clinical, research, and regulated workloads
- Design architectures that comply with regulated environments, addressing data sovereignty, audit trails, and secure multi-site collaboration
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role with 4+ years focused on healthcare, life sciences, or pharma
- Strong grounding in unstructured data storage for regulated environments, including NFS, SMB, and object
- Working knowledge of healthcare data workflows and relevant compliance regulations such as HIPAA and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
- Track record leading complex pre-sales engagements in regulated environments
- Comfort engaging with diverse audiences, including clinical, research, IT, and compliance professionals
