Healthcare Trainer

Job Summary

To enhance training effectiveness, the fully remote Trainer will design and deliver engaging educational programs, develop instructional materials, and collaborate with healthcare experts and design teams to ensure high-quality content aligned with learning objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop innovative storyboards, courses, and instructional materials, including assessments and quizzes
• Collaborate with healthcare domain experts and graphic designers to finalize content and ensure quality standards
• Conduct skill needs analysis and design learning solutions that meet stakeholder approvals and project timelines

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a Content Writer and Instructional Designer
• Any Graduate or Diploma in a related field
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and learning management systems
• Excellent written communication skills for creating instructional text and materials
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
