HEDIS Data Quality Analyst

Job Summary

To enhance healthcare quality and performance, the full-time HEDIS Data Quality Integrity Analyst will design and implement data quality strategies, manage vendor relationships, and lead complex analytics projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead projects aimed at improving HEDIS, Stars, and accreditation performance
• Establish quality assurance criteria and processes for regulatory reporting data
• Serve as the analytic liaison for clinical analytics projects, translating business needs into technical requirements

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Data Science, or Public Health preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, specifically with HEDIS and healthcare data
• Extensive knowledge of the US healthcare industry and claims data
• Proficiency in SAS, SQL, and Python strongly preferred
• Experience with visualization and BI tools, particularly Tableau, is preferred
