HEDIS Program Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership for complex quality reporting programs, the full-time HEDIS Program Manager IV will manage large-scale, cross-functional projects remotely, ensuring alignment and accountability while driving process improvements and operational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead program planning, management, and execution, overseeing scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining project management standards
• Coordinate the work of project managers and business analysts across various workgroups involved in large-scale projects
• Create and deliver training materials and best practices to team members, while preparing documents for Program Steering Committees and managing project risks

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience, with supervisory experience managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools
• Healthcare and/or managed care experience preferred
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification preferred
