HEDIS Quality Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting enterprise HEDIS quality oversight and audit readiness, the full-time HEDIS Quality Analyst will manage audit activities, collaborate with Health Plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while working remotely within the continental United States.
Key responsibilities
- Provide support for HEDIS quality oversight, audit readiness, and submission activities
- Manage audit and submission timelines, deliverables, and dependencies
- Perform NCQA HEDIS audit activities, including documentation preparation and maintenance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in HEDIS, regulatory, audit, or quality improvement, preferably in healthcare
- Experience with NCQA audits and CMS submission processes
- Knowledge of enterprise standards and documentation requirements for HEDIS audits
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and Health Plans
