HEDIS Quality Program Principal
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end operationalization of HEDIS quality measures, the full-time remote HEDIS Quality Program Principal will manage contractual quality performance, design high-impact programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve patient outcomes and enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the portfolio of HEDIS contractual quality measures and roadmap across partnerships
- Translate measure specifications into executable programs and manage vendor partners for operational implementation
- Conduct retrospectives and structured improvement cycles to identify execution friction points and accelerate gap closure
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in healthcare quality, quality operations, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience with NCQA HEDIS quality measures and performance programs
- Strong program and project management skills with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives
- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree
