Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time temporary basis, the HEDIS Reviewer will audit medical records, interpret clinical criteria based on HEDIS Technical Specifications, and ensure compliance with quality reporting standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Audit information entered into the software system for abstraction and data entry based on HEDIS Technical Specifications
- Review medical records and interpret relevant clinical criteria, annotating records using Adobe PDF
- Identify trends and document areas for improvement while maintaining project productivity levels
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5+ years of HEDIS experience reviewing medical records
- Strong medical knowledge and familiarity with medical terminology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader
- Ability to audit and interpret clinical criteria based on HEDIS Technical Specifications
