Job Summary
Managing a pipeline of HELOC loans, the full-time remote HELOC Account Manager will coordinate loan files from submission through funding, ensuring timely closings and effective communication with partners and underwriting teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own an assigned HELOC pipeline, driving files forward to meet closing dates
- Set expectations through proactive welcome calls and serve as the first quality check on submissions
- Act as the central point of coordination between partners and underwriting teams, maintaining accurate loan data
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of mortgage operations experience in roles such as Account Manager or Loan Processor
- Hands-on experience with HELOCs or similar second-lien products
- Proficiency in Encompass or comparable loan origination systems
- Wholesale or Correspondent channel experience preferred; non-QM exposure a plus
