HELOC Closing Manager

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day closing and investor delivery for a new HELOC lending platform, the remote HELOC Closing & Delivery Manager will coordinate accurate closings and loan delivery, serving as the primary point of contact for borrowers, settlement agents, and investors while working 1-4 days per month in the Cleveland office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and document HELOC closing and investor-delivery workflows and quality-control standards
• Review HELOC files to ensure compliance with program and investor guidelines prior to closing
• Coordinate with stakeholders to schedule and complete various types of closings while managing an assigned pipeline of HELOC files

Required qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• At least 2 years of experience in mortgage or HELOC closing, post-closing, or loan delivery operations
• Working knowledge of the HELOC or home equity lending lifecycle
• Experience reviewing loan files and closing documents for accuracy
• Familiarity with eClosing, e-signature, and RON platforms; experience with loan origination systems is a plus
