HELOC Phone Representative

Job Summary

Handling inbound calls from borrowers and clients, the full-time HELOC Phone Representative will manage loan maintenance requests, answer complex inquiries, and ensure accurate documentation while working onsite in Lake Zurich, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and address various inquiries related to loan servicing, including escalated issues
• Verify and update account information, process documentation requests, and refer inquiries to appropriate departments
• Document all activities accurately in databases and represent clients professionally during interactions

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of loan processing systems is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various constituents
• Strong organizational and time management skills
