Hematology Business Manager
Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Hematology Business Manager, the full-time remote position will manage sales activities for the commercial product BESREMi, focusing on building strategic territory plans and educating healthcare professionals in the Sacramento, CA or Portland, OR area.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to key customers in hematology oncology
- Develop and execute territory business plans and account action plans to achieve sales objectives
- Utilize data and CRM tools to track customer status and adapt plans as necessary to meet evolving business dynamics
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or rare diseases
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record in hematology oncology sales and experience with new product launches
- Existing relationships with key customers, such as KOLs and key account leadership, are highly valued
- Experience in a start-up environment and specialty pharmacy knowledge preferred
