Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Hematology Business Manager, the candidate will be responsible for driving sales of the product BESREMi in the Atlanta/Savannah area, focusing on building relationships with healthcare professionals and executing strategic territory plans to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate the clinical profile of BESREMi and address barriers to treatment adoption with key customers
- Develop and implement territory business plans to meet sales objectives through collaboration and analytics
- Become a subject matter expert on hematology oncology, utilizing data to adapt strategies and track progress
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries, particularly in hematology or oncology
- Bachelor's degree required
- Proven track record in hematology oncology sales and experience with new product launches
- Existing relationships with key customers and a strong understanding of the sales cycle
- Experience in a start-up environment and specialty pharmacy knowledge preferred
