HiL V&V Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of HiL test engineers, the remote HiL V&V Manager will own the HiL test strategy and ensure alignment with safety standards while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance the safety and robustness of autonomous truck technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the HiL test strategy, roadmap, and technical direction to support the safety case for autonomous trucks
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HiL test engineers, establishing clear goals and priorities
• Plan and oversee HiL test campaigns, ensuring alignment with ISO 26262 and ISO 21448 standards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field with 6+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
• Significant experience in driving HiL V&V for complex engineering systems, including test plan definition and execution
• Working knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21448, particularly in relation to HiL-based verification and validation
• Understanding of Autonomous Driving technologies, including sensors and vehicle dynamics
• Proficiency in Python, CAPL, and/or C++, with experience in developing HiL test scripts and automation frameworks
