Job Summary
Supporting Release of Information operations remotely, the full-time HIM Release of Information Manager will manage workflows, ensure compliance with privacy regulations, and collaborate with leaders to enhance processes and operational excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day Release of Information operations, including quality monitoring and productivity tracking
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, ROI regulations, state disclosure laws, and organizational standards
- Analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization
Required qualifications
- Strong knowledge of ROI regulations, HIPAA, and state disclosure laws
- Experience with authorization requirements and Release of Information processes
- RHIA or RHIT certification preferred
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical and organizational skills
