HIPAA Compliant Wellness Representative
Job Summary
To support healthcare services, the remote Welcome and Wellness Representative will make outbound calls to new health plan members, explaining their benefits and completing Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) on a contract basis with flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to welcome new health plan members and explain available healthcare services
- Complete Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) to assist members in understanding their resources
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations during all interactions
Required qualifications
- Must have a personal computer with Windows 11 operating system
- Wired internet connection with a minimum speed of 10 MBPS is required
- Experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check
