Job Summary
Driving the holistic hiring experience, the full-time remote Hiring Experience and Operations Manager will lead a team of Recruiting Coordinators, optimize recruiting workflows, and enhance employer branding while acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the recruiting tech stack to enhance team effectiveness and streamline workflows
- Own the end-to-end hiring journey for all stakeholders, ensuring seamless processes from headcount planning to offer execution
- Lead and grow a team of Recruiting Coordinators, providing support in complex interview scheduling and candidate experiences
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Operations, including 1+ years in a management role
- Proven track record of optimizing recruitment workflows and integrating automation or AI tools
- Strong analytical skills to measure hiring metrics and translate data into actionable insights
- Experience collaborating with HR, Finance, and hiring managers to streamline operations
- A builder's mindset with the ability to manage full-cycle recruiting as needed
