Home Health Billing Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Hospice Billing Team, the full-time Home Health Billing Analyst I will manage claim audits, maintain Oasis reports, and ensure timely billing for Medicare and Non-Medicare claims in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform claim audit reviews for Medicare and PPS Medicare Commercial
• Bill Medicare/Non-Medicare claims daily and review unbilled reports weekly
• Work on claim rejections and communicate with insurance companies regarding outstanding claims

Required qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• One to three years of billing experience, preferably in home health care
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Esolutions and Waystar
• Understanding of Medicare FSSO DDE software
• Strong computer knowledge and a cooperative attitude
