Home Health Clinical Support Coordinator
Job Summary
Working remotely on a per diem basis, the Home Health Clinical Support Coordinator will perform centralized functions in home care, including managing tasks in EPIC EMR, generating reports, and assisting clinical teams with clerical duties.
Key responsibilities
- Complete assigned tasks in EPIC EMR and other applications for documented workflow procedures
- Generate lists and reports as requested while following customer service etiquette
- Assist nurses or clinicians with various tasks, paperwork, and reporting requests
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Home care experience preferred
- Knowledge of EPIC and Microsoft Office applications is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
