Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle management, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will perform duties related to the collection of Home Infusion claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues
• Analyze denials to identify trends and recommend process improvements for better collection rates
• Communicate with franchise partners and document case activity to ensure effective resolution of claims issues

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of activities
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
