Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on accuracy and timeliness, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, aiming to reduce denial rates and improve overall collection processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to ensure successful revenue collection
• Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates and reduce bad debt
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding collection statuses and resolve payer issues promptly

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections
• High School Diploma with specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and collections
• Proven knowledge of billing processes and systems across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of collection activities
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred but not required
