Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on accuracy and timeliness, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, aiming to reduce denial rates and improve collection processes while identifying additional revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues
• Analyze denials to identify trends and recommend process improvements for better collection rates
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and document all case activities to ensure resolution of outstanding claims

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in billing or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes with various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed records
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
