Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on accuracy and timeliness, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, aiming to reduce denial rates and improve collection processes while identifying additional revenue opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to ensure timely revenue collection
• Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates and reduce bad debt
• Document case activities and communicate effectively with internal departments regarding collection statuses

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in billing and collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes for various payer types
• Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records of activities and documentation
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
