Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Focused on improving collection rates, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, ensuring accuracy and adherence to processes to reduce denial rates and bad debt.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims, follow up with insurers and patients, and utilize Payer Portals for claim disposition
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
• Communicate with franchise partners and document all case activities to ensure accurate account management

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques for various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
