Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance revenue cycle management, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will collect Home Infusion claims remotely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while reducing denial rates and bad debt.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to collect revenues, building strong customer relationships
• Analyze denial trends and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO)
• Document all case activities and communications accurately in the system, scheduling necessary follow-ups to resolve outstanding claims

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and collections
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain complete records of activities and documentation
• Familiarity with MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
