Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support efficient revenue cycle management, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will focus on collecting Home Infusion claims with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and follow up on claims with outstanding balances, utilizing Payer Portals for claim disposition
• Analyze denials, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance collection rates and reduce bad debt
• Communicate effectively with franchise partners and document all case activities to ensure accurate resolution of claims issues

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with additional training in pharmacy/medical billing and collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain clear records of activities and documentation
• Experience with MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
