Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on the collection of Home Infusion claims, the full-time remote Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage claim reviews, follow-ups with insurers and patients, and analyze denials to improve collection rates and reduce bad debt.

Key responsibilities

• Review outstanding claims and take actions to collect revenues while building customer relationships
• Analyze denial trends, recommend process improvements, and manage appeals for denied claims
• Document all case activities and communicate effectively with franchise partners and other departments regarding collections

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with additional training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing processes and techniques across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records of activities
• Experience with MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
