Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle team, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the accurate and timely processing of medical claims, focusing on reducing denial rates and bad debt while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Create and submit medical, pharmacy, and third-party vendor claims accurately and on time
• Resolve rejected electronic claims to ensure successful future submissions
• Document case activity and communications in CareTend to maintain accurate account records

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing
• Proven understanding of billing processes and systems across various payer types
• Experience in an infusion suite setting is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
