Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

To support the revenue cycle, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while reducing denial rates and bad debt.

Key responsibilities:

• Review outstanding claims and follow up with insurers and patients to successfully collect revenues
• Analyze denials to identify trends and recommend process improvements for enhanced collection rates
• Communicate effectively with franchise partners and other departments regarding the status of collections and resolve payer issues

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of home infusion billing and/or collections experience
• High School Diploma with additional specialized training in pharmacy/medical billing and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing and collection processes with all payer types
• Strong organizational skills to maintain clear records of activities and documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and pharmacy applications
