Home Infusion Billing Specialist

Job Summary

Focusing on accuracy and timeliness, the full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist will manage the collection of Home Infusion claims remotely, aiming to reduce denial rates and improve collection outcomes while adhering to established processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and follow up on claims with outstanding balances, utilizing Payer Portals for claim disposition
• Analyze denial trends, recommend process improvements, and take corrective actions to ensure successful collections
• Communicate effectively with franchise partners and document all case activities to maintain accurate records of collections

Required qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in home infusion billing and/or collections
• High School Diploma with specialized training in intake, pharmacy/medical billing, and/or collections
• Proven understanding of billing and collection processes across various payer types
• Strong organizational skills for tracking and maintaining records of activities and documentation
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
